How can I change the layout of my Google Forms?

When you embed Google Forms using the Embed HTML option, you can specify the width and height, but you cannot change the layout. If you want to customize the layout & look and feel of your Google Forms, you can use the Formfacade add-on for Google Forms. It allows you to choose fit to page, 1 column or 2 column layout for your Google Forms.

How to change the form layout?

Pre-requisite: You must have installed the Formfacade add-on for Google Forms. If you haven't installed the add-on yet, you can install it from G Suite marketplace using this link. https://gsuite.google.com/marketplace/app/formfacade/743872305260

Step 1: Open your Google Form, click on the add-on icon and select "Formfacade"
Step 2: Formfacade popup menu will be displayed. Select "Customize this form"
Step 3: Customize introduction popup screen will be displayed. Click on the Proceed button.
Step 4: Formfacade customize admin interface will open in a new tab. Click on the gear icon next to the Form Title.
Step 5: Form settings popup will be displayed. Select the desired layout and click on the Save button.
