Form is not publicly visible. How can I fix this?

If you have enabled the "Restrict to users in your domain and its trusted organizations" option or added Google Forms file upload question in your form, then your form will not be publicly visible as both of these features requires Google Signin. Please use Formfacade's HTML file upload option and disable "Restrict to users in your domain and its trusted organizations" option to use Formfacade with your Google Form.

Disable "Restrict to users in your domain and its trusted organizations" option

Formfacade currently supports only public forms. If you have enabled "Restrict to users in your domain and its trusted organizations" option, then it will not work.

To fix this, open your Google Form, click on the Settings gear icon. Settings popup screen will be displayed. Uncheck "Restrict to users in your domain and its trusted organizations" and click on Save.

Restricting forms to domain users is part of the roadmap. You can take a look at the list of planned features and vote for the ones important for you. You can have a say in what we build next. https://formfacade.com/roadmap.html

In the meantime, if you want to restrict your form to users in your domain, but still use Formfacade, the workaround is to disable "Restrict to users in your domain and its trusted organizations" option to remove Google Signin and then embed this form in your private webpage that requires login.

Convert Google Forms file upload to HTML file upload

The file upload question in Google Form requires respondent to signin with their gmail account to upload files and submit the form. This form will not be publicly visible. Users will have to signin with their gmail accounts to view the form, upload the files and submit the response. You can use the Formfacade add-on to convert Google Forms file upload question into HTML file upload and let your users upload files without sign in.
